Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the pack is returned with the original heat-sealed packagingintact within 28 days of purchase. In these circumstances, we will issue a credit note to the value of the materials returned less a fee (15% of full price of returned goods, maximum $60 per item) to cover postage and administration.
